Jim has 30 years combined experience in executive search and human resource leadership.  In 1985, Jim first learned about the Toyota Production System and has been a student ever since. He has been helping lean inspired companies acquire and develop talent and helping individuals strengthen their skills and leadership capability throughout his professional career.
